2. Description of Service
Oshaani is an open-source AI agents platform that allows users to:
- Create and configure custom AI agents
- Train agents with custom data
- Chat with AI agents
- Share agents publicly or privately
- Access agents via API
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
4. Open Source License
This software is provided under a non-commercial open source license. You may use, modify, and distribute it for personal, educational, and research purposes only. Commercial use requires a separate written license.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others

- Circumvent security measures

- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Use the software for commercial purposes without a commercial license
6. Content Ownership
- Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (agents, training data, conversations)
- Software: The platform source code is licensed under the non-commercial open source license
- License: You grant us a license to use your content only as needed to provide the Service on your deployment
7. AI-Generated Content
- AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs
- Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, or financial advice
8. API Usage
- API keys must be kept confidential
- You are responsible for all activity under your API keys
- Self-hosted operators may impose their own fair usage policies
9. Service Availability
- Self-hosted deployments are operated at your own discretion
- Features may change as the open source project evolves
- No uptime or support guarantees are provided unless separately agreed
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the project contributors from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
